I began life in The British Army in the Royal Signals in 1980, retiring from the Armed Forces in 2004.
I then set up and ran my own residential estate and lettings agencies for 8 years in Ashford, Kent, based in two High Street Branches. I sold my lettings business in 2010 (it is still going strong today under a different name!) and I then worked abroad for a few years.
Upon returning to the UK, I moved back into estate agency and worked at Mann Countrywide, and then as Branch Manager at Bairstow Eves, followed by Ward & Partners (part of Arun Estates).
I became the Head of Training for Arun Estates (Ward and Partners, Douglas Allen, Cubitt and West and Pittis & Co), followed by being Head Coach for the Spicerhaart Group‘s Property Academy, including haart estate agents. I was responsible for developing and delivering the training for this Group’s Property Marketing Consultants – the people who go round to customer’s homes and carry out the property valuation and demonstrate how we can help our clients sell and move in the best possible way.
In August 2020, I once again started my own venture as a business-owning estate agent, powered by eXp UK, to deliver exceptional levels of customer service and care that only a truly independent, personal estate agent can consistently deliver over a number of years.
